A mobile field kitchen from Öztiryakiler Defense delivers full catering capability wherever it is towed. Built on a road-legal trailer chassis or as a hand-portable compact module, each mobile kitchen is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel and powered by diesel or LPG burners, so hot meals keep flowing whether the unit is parked at a forward base, a disaster zone or a remote construction site.
The towable OFK series scales from compact 50-person units to high-capacity configurations serving 200 to 800 personnel. Each mobile field kitchen can be paired with a mobile field bakery, refrigerated storage and water treatment to form a complete, self-sufficient field catering convoy that deploys and redeploys with minimal manpower.
